  • Do I need to schedule an appointment for an estimate?

    Yes, scheduling an appointment allows us to ensure an estimator is available and minimizes your wait time.

  • How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

    Your advisor can provide an estimate of the time needed to complete the repairs on your vehicle. Be sure to consult with your advisor for details specific to your vehicle.

  • Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?

    Yes, we back all our repairs with a limited lifetime warranty.

  • How can I get a rental car?

    If you need a rental car, we can assist with the arrangements. Insurance companies will cover rental costs only if your policy includes this option or if you are the claimant. Please check your policy or contact your insurance company to confirm your rental coverage and any specific limitations. We partner with Enterprise Rent-A-Car: (614) 889-9886.

  • Can I get other service work done on my vehicle while it is in the body shop?

    Absolutely. Simply inform your advisor about any additional work you would like to have done, and they will make the necessary arrangements.

  • Can I wash my car? What are the recommendations and precautions in the first 30 days?

    Wash your vehicle by hand using cool water and a mild car wash solution with a soft cloth or sponge. Always use clean, fresh water and wash your vehicle in the shade. Avoid commercial car washes, as stiff brushes or sponges can damage the finish. Never "dry wipe" your vehicle, as this can scratch the surface. Refrain from driving on gravel roads, as the finish can chip easily within the first 30 days. Avoid parking under trees and utility lines to prevent damage from bird droppings and tree sap, which can harm a freshly painted surface.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    The most convenient way to pay for your vehicle repair costs is by using a major credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Cash and checks are also welcome. Please note, there is a 3% fee for credit card transactions.
